This is going on at the same time as a coverup to biden having Classified documents in his home before he became president which is illegal for he had 0 right or authority to have such documents but again the doj refuses to charge biden
The 3rd and 4th Indictments are also winnable for they involve trying to overturn an election .which is completely legal per election laws and our US constitution show step by step how to go about challenging an election
Ironically these step have been used before trump used them in 2020
Remember al gore who lost to George w bush in 2000 and al gore a Democrat challenged that election due to having the popular vote but losing the elector votes because bush won Florida by 2000 votes. Al gore tried and tried to have a recount but was denied the win by supreme court after.

Firstly they ignore all of bidens crimes and refuse to prosecute while waiting 2.5-3 years after trump left the white house to indict trump on a possible 4 Indictments They coincidentally have been pushing those Indictments ever since trump announced his candidacy for 2024.There hasn't been an investigation in 2.5-3 years meaning they could have indicted trump a long time ago but purposefully launched an attack during trumps campaign for 2024.
This is completely different from Hillary clinton who pushed russian collusion hoax after she lost to trump in 2016 after obama's administrations cia spied on trumps campaign...that is illegal..This is called weaponized doj because they are ignoring real crimes while purposefully attacking biden's biggest political threat which is also election 2024 interference and political persecution which proves weaponized doj
Now trump is smart he is revealing all corrupted individuals. Including DA's, judges, politicians, and journalists/media. If he really is innocent he could ask for cameras in the court rooms and present all evidence of crimes implicating the real culprits to clear his name
Or he could use the court room to prove the stolen election to clear his name
Or he could present evidence of no wrongdoing on his part to clear his name
By doing this in front of cameras, with all eyes fixed on the trials
he could prove
